The project implementation by KYASC Society Changran Kathua Producers organization promoting Institute (POPI ) and channel partner of NABARD JK. The OFPO register under Company act 2013 of 1956 AD. Basholi Pashmina falls under one District one product ODOP scheme by the JK UT Govt. The OFPO has 250 active Artisans and entire Board of Director are Artisans community. It's non- government section 8 Company.
World hertage basholi Pashmina shawls. Handloom GI-tag products. The products orogion 600 AD and also used by Malka Victoria Princes of England.
